Dr. Paranjpe was born in Minnesota and has lived in Texas since she was five. She has been a physician since 2005, specializing in the care of allergic conditions, severe asthma, food allergies, and immunologic disease.
She is board certified in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, as well as in Internal Medicine. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in the Division of Allergy & Immunology.
She received her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin. She then did her medical degree at UT-Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, and stayed there for her residency in Internal Medicine and her fellowship in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
Dr. Paranjpe lives with her husband, son and their dog in Dallas. She enjoys experimenting with new cuisine and traveling to see new peoples. She volunteers at an indigent clinic in Dallas, trains with her masters swim program, and keeps trying to teach her old dog (and her husband) some new tricks.
