Dr. Chamarthy is board certified in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. She treats adults and children of all ages. She completed her Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey in 1991. She completed her Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of South Florida/All Children’s Hospital in 1999.
Dr. Chamarthy is well respected in the community and she enjoys teaching residents and medical students. She attends conferences annually to keep up to date with developments in the specialty and has published several abstracts and articles in the field of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Chamarthy served as Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Florida/All Children’s Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL, and worked at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa serving active duty and dependents from 1999 to 2005.
She is married and has two children. She enjoys cooking, reading and travel. She volunteers at local charities.
