My primary treatment recommendations are dependent on each individual and I believe a balance of medication, therapy, exercise and nutrition is the optimal care plan. I practice motivational interviewing, use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy when appropriate. I like to keep interactions positive and strive for individuals to be responsible for their own actions and care.
