The implication of this catch-phrase is that the doctors on our site, all trained in the U.S. medical school paradigm, are doctors of quality or a “degree of excellence”, which is Merriam Webster’s 2nd definition of the word. But according to the dictionary, the the primary definition of “quality” is the “essential character” of something – its nature or essence, those qualities that make something what it is, without which it would not be.
