Physicians have a long and difficult relationship with charging for their services.  Many of us feel that health care is a human right, and we would and we DO frequently provide services without a trifle of a thought of reimbursement.  Physicians are guided by their dedication to patients and stomping out human suffering, combining their intellect with kindness and caring. Unbeknownst to their patients, they are continuously dwelling in these ideals during both the most challenging and the most mundane moments of their daily work.
