The world of social media is an exciting, fun, and glamorous place, replete with dopamine hits and addictive thrills.  We have all been drawn into it in one way or another and we can appreciate its place.  Talking dogs, fancy meals, and dancing doctors elicit smiles from adults and children alike.

But edgier content treads on the emotion provoking to the physically revealing and pushes the boundaries further and further until all boundaries seem lost.  In medicine, we are seeing cameras move into patient rooms, “providers” posting confidential material, and lines between health care “providers” becoming completely ...
